ANSM, Association Nouvelle de St Michel, with its headquarters in Spring Valley, NY was founded in September 2007 with the idea to help for a better St Michel de l’Attalaye in Haiti. Each and every member donates his/her time voluntarily because they believe in the issues at hand.

The Board of Directors consists of five members who meet at least every quarter to plan activities and programs for the organization.
